New World Millennium Hong Kong Hotel

I like the buffet at Cafe East, very good breakfast and lunch, but I didn't try the dinner buffet. Service is good, everyone is very polite and respectful and welcoming.

The property was clean and in a fantastic location.

The staff was great. Concierge (Raymond) went above and beyond. If I was waiting for someone in the lobby the staff came and asked if I needed anything or started a conversation. They gave all types of recommendations for things to see and do.

New World Millennium Hong Kong is truly an excellent hotel. The location is perfect, the rooms are very spacious, and the bathrooms are also large and comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The harbour view from the higher floors added a unique charm to our stay. There is absolutely nothing negative to mention — the entire staff was incredibly polite and helpful. I stayed at this hotel three times during this trip, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong. Enjoying delicious cocktails at sunset in the Premium Lounge on the 15th floor was a true highlight. After breakfast, sipping your perfectly crafted cappuccinos and espresso macchiatos while planning our day in Hong Kong was a real pleasure. Grace and Cathy, once again during this stay, you were absolutely amazing. I’m truly glad you are there — thank you both for your warm hospitality. There’s more I’d like to add. Breakfast was truly excellent — whether you’re a guest from the East or the West, there was a wide variety of delicious and thoughtfully prepared options for everyone. Given Hong Kong’s unpredictable weather, it was impressive to see even umbrellas provided in the rooms. Coffee machines, coffee capsules, bottled water — everything was available. There were also water dispensers on each floor, which made it easy to refill our bottles before heading out to explore the city. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful — from the very first step inside, they were eager to assist and always paid attention to the smallest details. I’m genuinely happy that I chose to stay at this hotel. During our trip, we traveled to Japan for a week and then returned to stay one more night at this hotel before leaving Hong Kong. When we came back, it truly felt like we were coming home — and that feeling was thanks to the people who work here. Thank you once again for providing such comfort, joy, and hospitality. We are truly grateful.

Impressive hotel interior with several quality restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly Raymond Woo who made a point of coming over to chat to us in the lobby whenever on duty. He was so helpful and efficient. Also Katherine who happily printed our our boarding passes as we are not smartphone savvy. Comfortable modern bedroom with a wonderful panoramic view of the harbour. Best power shower we've ever experienced.
